薛 翔文 ： Shobun Setsu

1982年	神戸元町に生まれる 4歳頃から筆を持ち始める
2000年	第73回兵庫県小・中・高校絵画展【高校の部】(主催・朝日新聞社、兵庫県美育作家協会)にて、特選受賞
2002年	無人島キャンプリーダー・テニスインストラクターの経験を通して、人の成長に携わる仕事を志す
2005年	関西学院大学文学部日本文学科卒業　（中高国語教員免許取得）
	人と企業の成長に携わる仕事を志し、㈱リクルートＨＲマーケティング関西に就職 リクルート社での採用・求人広告事業にて、営業を担当 在籍中500社以上の中途採用・新卒採用支援に携わり、企業の成長に携わるとともに、ソリューションフォーカスアプローチ（コーチングメソッド）による個人の支援を学び、年間100人以上の学生と交流、就職相談・支援を行なう

	自らの技術で、直接、接する人を支援したい、喜んでほしい、喜びを分かち合いたい、目の前の人・企業の成長に携わりたいと決意し、退職

幼少の頃より20年以上培ってきた“書”の技術を生かして人と世の中に“働”き“書”ける、書“働”家です。
指導・デザイン・揮毫等、なんでもご相談ください。「アート」としてだけでなく、接客・営業・広告制作での現場経験があり、円滑なコミュニケーションの上に、適正価格で柔軟かつ迅速な対応ができます。

今後の目標は　『自己表現・自己実現のツールとしての書道』　という定義のもとで独自のレッスンや作品を提供し、個人や企業の成長支援を実現することです。

Shobun SETSU

Shobun SETSU was born in Kobe, Hyogo prefecture, Japan in 1982. 

In 2002, I experienced a life-changing moment, influenced by my experience as a leader of "MUJINTOU" and as a tennis instructor. After this, I began to consider my contribution to the world as someone who can support others through personal development and self-actualization. 

In 2005, Shobun graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University with a major in Japanese Literature. During my four year term, I obtained a teaching certificate for the junior high school and high school levels. In the same year, I started working with RECRUIT Co., Ltd. (http://www.recruit.jp/corporate/english/), so that I could continue my dream of supporting people and companies through personal development. Here, I arranged employment opportunities for more than 500 companies. In a mean time, I counselled 100 university students by using a consultation method, known as the “Solution Focus Approach”（http://www.thesolutionsfocus.com/). 

In 2009, I resigned my job to further pursue my dreams. Shobun desires to continue to support others, cultivate joy and share happiness through my “Calligraphy,” which has been with me for over 20 years and will continue to be as I moves forward.
